This is me and my friend's lifeline for the past few months now. Last April, I decided to fulfill my long term goal of trying a sport (and actually not giving up on it ONCE) I'm very happy that I tried playing football because it was one of the best things that has happened in my life so far and I get to meet amazing people that I'm planning to keep in the long run. :)

Kylo; with his sister, Bella.

There are days when I feel like I just needed a break from the world. Have you felt like that before?... I bet you do. Here are ways to detoxify your life. :) I mostly do most of the things monthly or in every two weeks and I swear, this gets be back on track.

Last 2014, I told myself that 2015 will be the year full of opportunities... It was indeed a year full of that. I created this blog post to sort of reminisce the main highlights of my year that I want to share with you. If you want to see my accomplishments, my product recommendations; well, you're in the right place.

THE HIGHLIGHT of today's Raconteur's Rundown would be.... Zedd's True Colors Tour. I am freaking in love with everything that happened that night. From the journey to get to the venue, to the 'running until I find my friend' phase, to the concert itself, and to the ride back home. It felt like it happened in a flash.

My friends and I happened to agree into watching Zedd live. I freaking listened to his Album every. single. day. Through the 2 months of waiting to get to see him. Our tickets were surprisingly cheap; (considering that we're on the best spot in the house) and the date was just very convenient. (We just got our tests done a few days before)

I really enjoyed the night even if my shoes are all banged up by people accidentally stepping on me, people squishing us into a sandwich, people who pushed people to get to where they want to be, the smell of alcohol, the smell of smoke, poor ventilation and long opening acts that honestly bored the most of me. (Don't get me wrong, I did kind of enjoyed it. But I would rather see dj/producers (for concert opening acts) in the same genres as the one performing for the main act. People would surely enjoy that.)

Seeing Anton up made me smile like an idiot. There are fireworks, lights, confetti... ugh! It was amazing! He waved our flag–I LOVE IT WHEN PERFORMERS DO THAT. AND HE ALSO WENT OUT FOR THE ENCORE.

Money is not freaking wasted.

See this pile of books?

I have been reading non-stop since the first Reading List. I'm in love with the stories and I'd rather read a book than watch a movie. Kind of a backwards thing before.

Surprises.

It's probably one of the things that I'll never get tired of. Last July, I've celebrated a good amount of birthday celebrations. Birthdays gives me opportunities to make somebody feel special every once in a while.

Here's a little something to remind you off;

Friends are supposed to be treasured. You'll never be the way you are now if it weren't for them. Take time to thank them whenever you get the chance. They are the ones who won't leave you even if you might be going through a tough period of your life. They keep you grounded whenever your pride gets the most of you and most of all, they appreciate you and love you even if they don't express them too much. :)

Another show that makes me cheer up every time I watch an episode. This follows a girl named Jesse as she moves in with 3 other guys in apartment 4d. This makes me want to move in with a bunch of high school friends after senior high :) Hahaha

An addiction..... Well, at least for the 3 of us. :)

My friends and I always get along through playing billiards. We wound spend most of our allowances on a game or two whenever we get the chance. This is probably my favorite after school activity that I'll never get tired of doing. I'm not really good at it but I'm planning to do better in the near future.

Hello everybody! (ha! see what I did there?)

I really need to take my fitness game up a notch because I know that I won't have much time for working out since the school year is about to start. Today, (or maybe tonight;) we are going to talk about stuff that maybe most of the peeps wouldn't know. I'm going to tell you why working out gives tons of benefits and I'll encourage you to do the same along the way.

When I was still a child, I was diagnosed with a lung failure. I frequently get asthma attacks before; but as I'm aging up, it's slowly going away—but comes back unexpectedly at times, so I need my inhaler beside me at all times. That thing works like magic. But asthma attacks gets really weird when I'm in a state of anxiety. I think I do have a mild anxiety, but I don't want to the doctors 'cause it's not occurring a lot. But definitely happens once a month. I have trouble breathing, I overthink a lot, I tend to feel hot or cold, my heart is palpitating and I tend to tremble in worse cases. My parents don't want me to take up sports (even if I wanted to) because they're too scared about my condition.

Last 2014; after a huge wave of events that happened to me; I have finally woken up from a deep sleep. I wanted to change. Physically and emotionally. We all know that I'm a skinny person but, my stomach is not in a good shape before. With the help of my friends, they encouraged me to change. For good. (And also for the crop tops. They're a thing so I wanted to wear them confidently) At this note, I'm not encouraging you if exercising doesn't make you happy. Personally, working-out is my stress reliever–or even, whenever I felt bad about something, I workout. So that I would hurt myself at the same time as I'm having good results. (I know that its a bad reason. But it works) If others cut their wrists, this is my therapy slash torture lol. (Guys, please don't cut your wrists or anything else. Remember that all of you are beautiful and even if the situation is tough, it would be better in the future. You just need to hold on and I love you) I feel happy working out. My happiness is from there. At first, it felt like a job. But now, all I know is that I wanted to go to a marathon and run a lot.

I remember seeing Meredith (stilababe09 from youtube) who does this video with Cassey Ho. I was kind of inspired by then buttt not so much. I was searching through fitness goals on pinterest and twitter and I am in awe of how their body looks like. I searched through the benefits of working out and one of them is clearer skin! So I decided to search blogilates on youtube and took ab workouts. It was certainly hard before. I remember breaking my tailbone doing double leg lifts. I guess it didn't work? lol. I stopped doing double leg lifts for a week or so and was too scared to try it again. But when I finally did it properly, it started to become my work-out staple. I switched from Blogilates to XHIT because I felt like my progress is better with them. Every time my session is done, I always felt replenish and clean. I feel better about myself and it's something to make me push harder and harder even until now.

Do you remember the part where my parents didn't want me to take sports? They were really concerned about me working out. I heard "You're too young for this", "It's bad for you", "What's our purpose? You're not an athlete! Why do you need this?" First, It can challenge me and make me better. I have a lung failure. So I needed exercise so that my endurance would be better than ever. Second, I need to practice doing stuff or else I'll fail my PE class lol. Third, It has a lot of benefits. I was talking about every single reasons that I could think of every time they said things to me. But they finally let me do my thing and now, I'm a happy kid.

But of course, you always always need to take precautions all the time. Research, research, research. I don't know a lot about doctors and stuff. But it would be better for you to consult a doctor first (especially if you're young) My doctor told me to exercise whenever I can because its for my own good soooo, that's what I'm doing :)

I hope that I can manage working out in most days and continue doing it until(—and even after) my goal body. Be happy. Don't change for anyone. Change because you wanted to. Do it for you.

I love you and I'll see you on the next post. x

PS. If you have any questions for me (you can ask ANYTHING) leave me a message here.
PPS. I changed the blog's name.. You might get confused. x
PPPS. I can't wait for the next Raconteur's Rundownnn!

I may not be much of a storyteller in your eyes but, I can assure you that I am an aspiring, young, writer / speaker. I can pretty much speak a bit well on my own publicly, or through the paging system. A pang of anxiety hits me so hard when I film youtube videos and I hate myself when that happens. I will try my best to speak like a human being the next time you'll see me haha. I also create short stories, skits, and a few more things on wattpad—but that is an entirely different thing haha.

Then the word Rundown—as a synonym of the word 'summary'. (I have to make it an 'R' to make the words more catchy for the blog. lol) So, expect more of these posts in the long run.
